You may use Qwen Image to:
- Generate images for personal or commercial projects
- Create content without restrictions on usage or distribution
- Experiment freely with AI-powered creativity
- Our services are provided "as is" and "as available"
- We strive for consistent uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
- Full ownership: You own all images generated using Qwen Image
- No licensing required: Use your creations freely without attribution
- Commercial use allowed: Monetize your generated images without restrictions
- No usage tracking: We don't monitor or claim rights to your creations
When you use our service:
- Your text prompt or uploaded image is processed in real-time
- The AI generates your requested image
- All input data is immediately and permanently deleted
- No copies, logs, or records of your content are retained
We maintain a strict zero-storage policy:
- Text prompts are deleted immediately after processing
- Generated images are not stored on our servers
- Uploaded images for editing are deleted instantly after use
- No user content is ever used for AI training or improvement
We collect only minimal technical data necessary for service operation:
- Basic analytics for service improvement (anonymized)
- Error logs for troubleshooting (no personal content)
- Temporary session data (automatically deleted)
If you create an account:
- Provide accurate information

- You're responsible for account activity

We strive to provide excellent service, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. This policy outlines our approach to refunds.
- Monthly/Yearly Subscriptions: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you have used less than 20% of your monthly credit quota.
- Usage Threshold: If you have consumed 80% or more of your monthly credit quota, refunds will not be provided.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription period.
- One-Time Purchases: Credit packages are generally non-refundable once purchased, as credits never expire and are immediately available for use upon purchase.
- Usage Threshold: If you have used less than 20% of the purchased credits within 7 days of purchase, you may request a refund. Once you have consumed 80% or more of your credits, refunds will not be provided.
- Unused Credits: Credits remain in your account indefinitely and do not expire.
We may provide refunds outside of the standard policy in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
